El cliente recibe un enlace con token único tras reservar. Ese enlace abre su portal personal: ve todas sus citas próximas e históricas, y puede reprogramar o cancelar sin crear cuenta ni recordar contraseñas. El negocio define las políticas de cancelación — el sistema las aplica automáticamente.

That link opens their personal portal: they can see all upcoming and past appointments, and reschedule or cancel without creating an account or remembering a password.
